• Conditions are deemed unsafe for operations

Our staff shall not be expected to provide services outside the agreed property scope, including personal errands, neighbour-related assistance, family functions, or unrelated activities.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring reasonable availability of basic utilities where required, including electricity, water, internet access, or other essential operational services.

Limitation of Liability

NRI Asset Care India shall not be held liable for:
