How often will my property be inspected?
Inspection frequency depends on your selected plan. Typically, properties are checked on a
monthly, bi-weekly or customized schedule, based on your needs.
How do you access the property?
Access is strictly controlled and approved by you. We coordinate entry through:
- Authorized key holders
- Specially coded lockbox
No access is taken without your consent.
Will you inform me before doing any repairs?
Yes. Always. No work is carried out without:
- Your knowledge
- Your approval
You will be informed about any maintenance required. An estimate will be provided for approval
before activity begins.
Can you prepare the home before I visit India?
Yes. We offer return preparation services, where your home is cleaned, checked, and made
ready before your arrival.
Do you handle only houses, or other properties as well?
Our service can extend to:
- Independent houses
- Kothis
- Apartments
- Plots (basic oversight)
Scope may vary depending on the property type.
Do you provide services outside Punjab?
Currently, we are focused on:
Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and select areas in Punjab
